The School and Students This is a nurturing setting for Key Stages 3 and 4 pupils who are working at a primary level due to missed learning, trauma, or underlying needs. Most students have a combination of Autism, ADHD, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges. The behaviour can be complex at times, but it always comes from a place of unmet need. They value calm, creative, and compassionate teachers who see beyond the behaviour and work from a place of empathy and consistency. Your Role as a Nurture Teacher

Is a qualified teacher with QTS Is an unqualified teacher with relevant experience, and is happy to gain QTS Has a background in teaching pupils with SEMH, ASC, and ADHD Understands the impact of trauma on learning and behaviour Is not afraid of dysregulated behaviour and other behavioural challenges, such as biting, pinching, or hitting Believes in restorative approaches and consistent professional boundaries Wants to be part of a small, ambitious, and collaborative team Why consider this opportunity?
