Teaching Assistant – Primary School, East Grinstead
Are you passionate about supporting children’s learning and development? We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming primary school in East Grinstead.
Role: Teaching Assistant
Location: East Grinstead
Hours: Full-time or Part-time (flexible to suit you)
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in helping our pupils achieve their potential by supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons and providing one-to-one or small group support. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in a positive and nurturing school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with classroom activities and learning programs
Supporting pupils with special educational needs
Encouraging positive behaviour and confidence
Helping prepare learning materials and resourcesIdeal Candidate:
Enthusiastic and patient with a genuine love for working with children
Reliable and a great team player
Previous experience in a school or childcare setting is desirable but not essential
