Complex Needs TA – Cheadle:
Are you a teaching assistant with experience supporting complex needs, looking for a temp to perm role in September? We are currently working with a large SEN provision in the Cheadle area who are seeking teaching assistants/support workers to start from September on a temporary to permanent basis. Personal care is required for this position.
The Role:
Supporting pupils 1-1, with individualised support
Communicating regularly with other staff members and external agencies
Building rapport with pupils and staffPosition Details:

Full time/Part time: Full time only
Minimum Rate of Pay: £100 per day, depending on experience
Hours: 8am-3:30pm, Mon-Fri
Start date: September 2025
End date: OngoingExperience, Training & Qualifications:
Up to date Safeguarding within the last year (desired but training can provided)
An education or health and social care qualification is highly desired
A positive, caring attitude is essential for this role
Experience supporting complex needs in a care or education settingTO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional referencesOTHER
