Job Description
Aspire People is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner for a full-time position at Hatfield Primary School. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and nurturing individual to join a supportive team and make a positive impact in the early stages of children’s education.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality early years education and care in line with the EYFS framework

Support the development, learning, and well-being of children aged 3-5

Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment

Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, staff, and parents/carers

Observe, assess, and record children’s progress and plan next steps

Work collaboratively with teachers and other practitioners to support individual learning plans

Maintain accurate records and contribute to reports as required

Uphold safeguarding, health & safety, and school policies at all times

Requirements
Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare (or equivalent)

Proven experience working with children in an early years setting

Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and safeguarding practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A genuine passion for working with young children

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain)
