Key Responsibilities:

  • General HR admin, onboarding and record-keeping

  • Note-taking in meetings and supporting HR documentation

  • Helping with policy updates and training coordination

  • Assisting with new HR system implementation

  • Supporting employee engagement and compliance processes

What Were Looking For:

  • Strong admin experience (HR background not essential)

  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

  • Discretion and professionalism
