Job Description: Field Liaison Supervisor

Responsible To: Service Manager / Area Manger Short Description: Responsible for supporting the Service Manager/Area Manager to ensure the provision of quality care to services users in accordance care plans and management direction and to ensure compliance to company policies and procedures, with a specific focus on effective management of staff and service users.

Working Pattern: 40 hours per week - flexible shift pattern
