The Role – 1:1 Behaviour Mentor
The role of a Behaviour Mentor is essential in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment for the pupil. You will work closely with a pupil who requires additional support in managing their behaviour and emotions. You’ll be responsible for providing tailored strategies to help the pupil navigate social situations, stay focused in class, and develop positive behaviour. Your role will be to inspire, motivate, and provide consistent guidance to help the child overcome challenges and achieve their potential.
