1st Line Engineer Responsibilities
Responding to and resolving technical support queries efficiently
Diagnosing software and hardware faults (for one role, hands-on hardware support is required)
Assisting with system installations, configurations, and updates
Escalating complex issues to senior engineers when necessary
Providing excellent customer service and clear technical guidance
1st Line Engineer Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience in an IT support role (1st line or similar)
Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows environments and IT infrastructure
Knowledge of networking principles and software applications
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
(For hardware role) Experience with PC builds, repairs, and peripheral installations
