DutiesandResponsibilities:
UserSupport

  • Providefirst-linesupportfortechnicalissues,includinghardware,software,andnetworkconnectivity,toon-siteandremoteusers.
  • TroubleshootandresolveissuesrelatedtoMicrosoftOfficeproducts(Outlook,Excel,Word,etc.)andOffice365tools(SharePoint,Teams,OneDrive,etc).
  • Escalatecomplexissuestoseniorstafforexternalvendorsasneeded.

MeetingRoomEquipment:

  • Supportandmaintainmeetingroomtechnology,includingaudio-visualequipment,videoconferencingtools,andassociatedperipherals.
  • Ensuremeetingroomsareoperationalandtroubleshootissuespromptly.HelpdeskSoftwareManagement:
  • Monitorandmaintainthehelpdeskticketingsystem,ensuringtimelyresponsesandresolutions.
  • Generatereportstoidentifytrendsandareasforimprovement.HardwareandSoftwareMaintenance:
  • Performroutinemaintenanceandtroubleshootingofdesktops,laptops,printers,andmobiledevices.
  • Assistwiththesetupandconfigurationofnewequipment.

ITAdministration:

  • Manageuseraccounts,permissions,andaccessrightsinlinewithcompanypolicies.
  • Supportonboardingandoffboardingprocesses,includingequipmentsetupandaccountdeactivation.
  • Maintainaccurateassetmanagementrecords.

KnowledgeSharingandDocumentation:

  • Createandmaintainknowledgebasearticlesanduserguidesforcommonissues.
  • ProvidebasicusertrainingtohelpstaffmaximizetheiruseofITtools.

SecurityandCompliance:

  • Promotesecuritybestpractices,suchasidentifyingphishingattemptsandsafeguardingsensitivedata.
  • EnsurecompliancewithITpoliciesandprocedures

Whatyoullgetinreturnforyourexperience:
TherolewillbebasedpredominantlyfulltimeintheTottenhamCourtRoadoffice,offeringsuperbbenefitsincluding31daysholiday+8bankholidays,bonusscheme,goodpensionandwellbeingallowances.

Thisisa1yearfixedtermcontractwithayearlysalaryof£25,000to£28,000perannum.
