DutiesandResponsibilities:
UserSupport
- Providefirst-linesupportfortechnicalissues,includinghardware,software,andnetworkconnectivity,toon-siteandremoteusers.
- TroubleshootandresolveissuesrelatedtoMicrosoftOfficeproducts(Outlook,Excel,Word,etc.)andOffice365tools(SharePoint,Teams,OneDrive,etc).
- Escalatecomplexissuestoseniorstafforexternalvendorsasneeded.
MeetingRoomEquipment:
- Supportandmaintainmeetingroomtechnology,includingaudio-visualequipment,videoconferencingtools,andassociatedperipherals.
- Ensuremeetingroomsareoperationalandtroubleshootissuespromptly.HelpdeskSoftwareManagement:
- Monitorandmaintainthehelpdeskticketingsystem,ensuringtimelyresponsesandresolutions.
- Generatereportstoidentifytrendsandareasforimprovement.HardwareandSoftwareMaintenance:
- Performroutinemaintenanceandtroubleshootingofdesktops,laptops,printers,andmobiledevices.
- Assistwiththesetupandconfigurationofnewequipment.
ITAdministration:
- Manageuseraccounts,permissions,andaccessrightsinlinewithcompanypolicies.
- Supportonboardingandoffboardingprocesses,includingequipmentsetupandaccountdeactivation.
- Maintainaccurateassetmanagementrecords.
KnowledgeSharingandDocumentation:
- Createandmaintainknowledgebasearticlesanduserguidesforcommonissues.
- ProvidebasicusertrainingtohelpstaffmaximizetheiruseofITtools.
SecurityandCompliance:
- Promotesecuritybestpractices,suchasidentifyingphishingattemptsandsafeguardingsensitivedata.
- EnsurecompliancewithITpoliciesandprocedures
Whatyoullgetinreturnforyourexperience:
TherolewillbebasedpredominantlyfulltimeintheTottenhamCourtRoadoffice,offeringsuperbbenefitsincluding31daysholiday+8bankholidays,bonusscheme,goodpensionandwellbeingallowances.
Thisisa1yearfixedtermcontractwithayearlysalaryof£25,000to£28,000perannum.
