Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized one-on-one ABA therapy to students, focusing on developing essential skills.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to design and implement effective education and training plans based on each student’s unique needs.
• Monitor and assess student progress regularly, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
• Conduct training sessions for teachers and staff on the application of ABA principles, promoting a consistent approach throughout the school.
• Engage with families, providing them with insights and strategies to support their child’s development at home.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and share best practices in education and training.
