Account Manager
Salary: £26,000 + Uncapped Commission
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm
Are you a confident communicator with a flair for building strong relationships and closing deals with B2B customers? This is your chance to join a leading FMCG importer and distributor of popular food and drink brands, where you’ll play a key role in growing revenue by managing inbound and outbound calls with business clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Handling inbound and outbound calls with B2B clients – from wholesalers to retailers and foodservice businesses
Taking and processing orders while identifying opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and add value
Proactively reaching out to dormant accounts to reignite relationships and boost sales
Planning and managing your call schedule to keep the sales pipeline strong and consistent
Offering promotions and tailored solutions that align with client needs
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and top-notch service
Keeping accurate records of orders, client interactions, and opportunities in CRM systems
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in B2B sales, telesales, or call-to-order environments (FMCG or food sector experience a big plus)
A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a natural ability to build rapport and deliver solutions
Target-driven, resilient, and always ready to pick up the phone and make things happen
Comfortable managing a high volume of calls and maintaining excellent customer service
