The Role
As the Founding Account Manager in London, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing relationships with our partner restaurants. This position goes beyond traditional account management; you’ll act as a consultant, guiding partners to maximize their revenue through our platform. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with restaurant partners.
- Advising partners on utilizing EatClub’s diverse products and services to suit their specific business needs.
- Collaborating closely with the Head of Account Management & Strategic Partnerships and the Sales team to ensure partner success.
About You
You’re a natural relationship builder with a keen interest in both technology and the culinary world. You thrive in negotiations, communicate effectively, and have a solid grasp of numbers. Your problem-solving skills are creative, and you possess a strong sense of sales and marketing. Additionally, you have:
- Previous experience in account management and sales (preferred).
- Excellent time management skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- A proven track record of competitive achievements.
- The ability to perform under pressure.
- Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
