** Accounts Administrator **
As an Accounts Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Finance Director by ensuring smooth day-to-day financial operations. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company. Experience in the construction industry is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided to the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Finance Director with daily financial tasks, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Monitor budgets, costings, and financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal departments regarding financial matters.
- Handle general administrative duties related to finance and accounts.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in accounts administration
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Construction industry experience is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
