Description
Quattro Resourcing are recruiting for an Accounts Administrator on a 5 month Fixed term contract on behalf of our bespoke client based in Newmarket.
Key Duties
* Invoice processing
* Payment Allocation & Statement of Accounts processing
* Produce Payment run reports
* Email Remittance reports daily.
* Assist with management on financial accounts
* Liaising with Operational teams on purchases
* Processing sales orders
* Assist the sales team with booking meeting rooms and customer visits
Requirements
* Great attention to detail
* Use of Microsoft Office especially EXCEL
* Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills
* AAT Qualified (desirable)
* Experience With SAGE (Desireable)
* Ability to meet deadlines
Working days/hours will be Monday to Friday (Apply online only) with 1 hour unpaid lunch.
