Description
Our client is an established organisation looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team based in central Leeds.
This is a hybrid role with 2 or 3 days based in the office and the other days worked from home.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
Client setup / changes in Business Central
Client credit checks
Job Administration – PO Administration and Client Portals
Client sales Invoicing
Credit Control
Debtors Analysis and Statements
Assisting with Expenses.
Assisting with posting and reconciling credit cards and banking.
Internal invoicing.About you:
Previous experience in a similar role.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to take ownership and manage own workload.
Ability to communicate confidently.
Enthusiastic with a can-do attitude.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
