Accounts Administrator

Our Tewkesbury based client has a requirement for an experienced Account Assistant for a full time permanent basis. Salary £23/27k depending on experience. Great opportunity to join a thriving business with a great team!

Responsibilities:

* Record and reconcile account transactions accurately.

* Ensure compliance.

* Take responsibility for the clients you manage, ensuring high-quality service.

* Oversee and support junior staff, including providing holiday cover.

* Work across multiple clients on various software platforms.

* Perform general housekeeping and tackle ad hoc duties as they arise.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounts assistant role

* Desired qualifications include AAT level 4 or above

* Proficiency with legal software is desired but not essential

* Strong IT skills.

* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to think outside the box.

* Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
