We’re looking for an enthusiastic Accounts Payable Assistant to join our client and play a crucial role in ensuring smooth financial operations!
What You’ll Do:
Accurately process invoices and payments, maintaining a seamless accounts payable system.
Be the go-to champion for our Open Accounts Purchase Ordering System (POP) and eBis, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, providing excellent communication and support.
Assist in implementing and managing the BACS payment system.
Support internal and external audits, contributing to a transparent and efficient finance function. What We’re Looking For:
Experience in a busy office environment—finance experience is a plus!
Proficiency in finance system software (experience with Open Accounts is a bonus).
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle large volumes of data.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork, integrity, and excellence. Qualifications:
Good GCSE grades (3 Grade 4 or above).
A foundation-level accountancy/bookkeeping qualification is desirable. Why Join Our Client?
