Your Role & Responsibilities:
As a key member of the admin team, you’ll play an integral role in ensuring the smooth operation of the court by:
Supporting Court Operations – Handling case files, processing applications and orders, and assisting with general admin duties.
Courtroom Liaison – Communicating with judges, legal professionals, court users, and the public.
Data Management – Collecting and analysing information, managing digital files, and utilising Excel for accurate record-keeping.
Drafting Correspondence – Preparing official letters and emails with precision and professionalism.
Assisting in Court Clerking – A customer-facing role ensuring proceedings run smoothly and efficiently.
Jury Management & Orders Processing – Supporting the judiciary in handling jury-related procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Strong Communication Skills – Both verbal and written.
✔ Basic IT Proficiency – Comfortable using Office 365 and administrative software.
✔ Previous Administrative Experience – A plus, but not essential! If you’re organised and detail-oriented, we want to hear from you.
