The Role:
This is a varied and fast-paced role within a small but highly efficient team. You will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of the office by handling administrative tasks, coordinating suppliers, and assisting with project management.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing daily administrative duties to support the office
Scheduling and coordinating tradesmen for office maintenance
Assisting in project management and office operations
Processing invoices and making supplier payments
Ensuring office equipment is well maintained
Supporting a busy workplace by carrying out essential office tasks
