Fleet Administration Assistant
Location: Portbury Docks, Bristol

  • £12.00 – £15.00 ph
  • Temp to perm

Staffing Match is proud to be working in partnership with our Logistics client based in Portbury Docks who are looking for a Fleet Administrator to work for them on a temp to perm basis. Specific training is given.

Shift

  • 07.30 – 16.00 Monday – Friday.

Your responsibilities:

Reporting to the Administration Supervisor, you will be responsible for all Fleet requirements & Direct Supply.

The main task will be to provide an efficient service & co-ordination of all Fleet, Direct Supply and Additional Works vehicles from scheduling/preparation to despatch of vehicles direct to the end user/customer.

  • Produce all necessary reports as required for all Fleet and Direct Supply customers’ requirements
  • Booking all vehicles for delivery through transport hauliers / plated delivery companies.
  • Maintain and update the database with call offs, delivery addresses and delivery dates.
  • Daily management of the customer accounts.
  • General Administration duties as required.

About you:

  • Computer literate and confident using Microsoft Office packages.
  • Able to multi task.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Good administration skills.
  • Able to communicate at a high level both oral and written.
