We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals with previous customer-focused administrative or HR experience to come join us. As a Talent Acquisition Administrator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the recruitment lifecycle, onboarding and candidate experience
What you will do day to day:
- Assist in the employee onboarding process, including the preparation of offer letters and employment contracts.
- Help to manage background screening checks, identifying alerts and discrepancies that may affect candidate suitability.
- Ensure all new starter documents are valid and properly verified following the correct internal due diligence processes.
- Support with scheduling candidate interviews with hiring managers.
- Oversee our HR portal manage tickets and prioritising queries effectively.
- Act as a key point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, and HR, providing updates and answering queries throughout the recruitment process.
- Confidentiality handle sensitive information with discretion, ensuring privacy for candidates and clients.
- Maintain accurate records within our internal system, Talos.
- Provide administration support for contractor onboarding.
- Exhibit flexibility by assisting with additional tasks as required.
About you:
- Previous experience in customer-focused administrative roles or HR experience
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritising effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Customer-service mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a high level of IT literacy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with empathy and discretion.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
