Administrative Assistant – Sage 50
Location: St Helens

Established over 90 years a premier supplier of high-end flooring serving prestigious hotels and clients worldwide.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with solid Sage 50 to support both our accounting and office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Sage 50:
* Maintain accurate records: A/P, A/R, general ledger
* Reconcile bank statements and resolve queries
* Process invoices and manage vendor accounts
* Assist with basic financial reports and analysis
️ Administrative Support:
* Logistic reporting weekly.
* Data Entry on CRM system
* Liaise with external parties to organise deliveries and collections from external suppliers.
Other:
* Assist with ad hoc tasks across departments
What You’ll Need
✔ Proficiency in Sage 50 & general accounting software
✔ Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Able to work independently and as part of a team

Hours of work. Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.00pm, Friday 8.30am to 4.00pm, 1 hour lunch break, 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
