Job Title:Administration Officer (Part-Time)

Salary:£13,759 per annum + £450 per annum homeworking allowance

Hours:21 Hours per week over 3 days

Contract:Permanent Role

Location: Homebased in the Merseyside / Wirral area

Overall Duties of the Administration Officer will include:

  • Using Excel, Word, and an in-house database to record and monitor information
  • Administrate, arrange, and record foster care training
  • Monitor and respond to emails using Outlook
  • Request and chase Local Authority paperwork.
  • Take panel/team minutes as requested by the line manager
  • Manage daily post using the virtual systems in place
  • Respond to telephone calls and allocate these to staff as appropriate.
  • Carry out any other task that the Admin Manager, Area Manager, or any other Social Workerrequires.

The Administration Officershould be based within a reasonable travel distance of the Merseyside / Wirral area and will be required to travel to face-to-face meetings at least once a month and on other occasions for training and team wellbeing events.

A Standard DBS clearanceis required for this role and will be processed by TACT on your behalf.

As part of the interview, you will be required to complete an exercise using both Microsoft Word and Excel, please ensure that you have access to these applications to complete the exercise
