This role will require someone with a ‘can do’ attitude, a commercial approach and demonstrable attention to detail. The successful candidate will report to the Hazardous Commercial Manager and must be hardworking, reliable, and possess excellent communication & inter personal skills. Key responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. Manage and organise files, documents and records in both physical and electronic format. Preparation of Customer Reports, both scheduled & on request. Processing weekly timesheets. Support of other clerical tasks as required to facilitate the smooth running of the office. Ad-hoc support for existing waste administrators & management team. Preparation & raising of sales invoices. (Full training will be provided) Running End of Month Financial Reports & distributing as required. As duties and responsibilities change, the job description will be reviewed and amended in consultation with the post holder. Provide a professional and informed customer service via email, telephone and face-to-face. Resolve customer issues, and where necessary escalate to waste management. Essential Criteria: Proven experience in an administrative or customer facing role is preferred however not essential, we welcome candidates eager to learn. Excellent Communication Skills. Competency in the use of computer software including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) & Google Drive. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on professionalism in all interactions. Ability to work on own initiative & problem-solve as well as working in a small team environment. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Closing date for applications is:Thursday 1st May 2025.
