Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Full-Time, Temp)
Location: Burgess Hill
Hours: Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
– Perform routine data entry into company databases and systems
– Organize and maintain digital and physical records
– Assist in preparing simple health and safety documentation and forms
– Provide general administrative support as needed
– Liaise with internal teams to ensure paperwork and forms are completed accurately and on time
Requirements:
– Basic computer and typing skills
– Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
– Ability to follow simple procedures and complete repetitive tasks consistently
– Reliable and self-motivated with a positive attitude
– Previous administrative experience is a plus, but not required
