We are excited to be working with a national graphics company who have a fantastic permanent full time opportunity to join their team on the outskirts of Totton, Hampshire! Our client is looking for an Admin Assistant to provide all round administrative support alongside providing PA duties to the management team.

The Role:

Our client is looking to recruit someone with strong administration skills and can be part of the companies continued success. This role can evolve into other areas of the business as the company grows to learn and develop your skills!

Key Responsibilities:

* Updating MS Excel spreadsheets

* Raising work orders

* Printing documents

* Using the company system to add and obtain information

* Liaising with customers over the phone when required to assist with queries

* Responding to e-mails

* Providing PA support for the management team

* Any other general administrative duties required within the team

Key Skills:

* Previous administration experience is required

* Must be computer literate with particular experience with MS Excel and Outlook

* Excellent communication skills

* Excellent customer service skills

Hours:

* Working hours are 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday.

Salary:

* £26,000 per year
