Hybrid working (two days in the office and three from home)
Our client is looking for an organised and detail-oriented Administrator to support their Asset Management team.
To be a first point of contact for external enquires, ensure all administration process are followed and support compliance to all relevant governing bodies.
Working a hybrid model, your two office days will be centrally located near Holborn station.
The ideal candidate, for the Administrator role, will have fantastic communication skills, confidence in speaking to both clients, tenants and senior team members.
Prior experience in the property industry would be great however this is not essential.
The role will require a good working knowledge of Excel for reporting and record keeping, attention to detail when drafting documents and the ability to juggle tasks and communicate effectively with other team members.
Duties include:
Corresponding with third parties in a professional manner
Liaise with internal staff at all levels and interact with external parties
Providing administrative support to cover all aspects of a portfolio of properties
Providing exceptional service to clients and internal customers
Highlighting concerns and problems to the correct team and follow through to completion
Maintain accurate computerised and manual records
Produce accurate information and reports for weekly/monthly meetings
