ADMINISTRATOR AND CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
LOCATION: Sunbury-on-Thames (Office-Based, Full-Time)
SALARY: £25,000 – £27,000 per annum
HOURS: Office Based | Monday – Friday
Our client is a well-established and growing company based in Sunbury who is on the lookout for a bright, proactive Administrator / Customer Service Representative to join their close-knit team!
Your Key Responsibilities:
· Delivering exceptional customer support across phone, email, and video (Teams/Zoom)
· Coordinating and conducting remote client installations and training sessions
· Assisting with customer satisfaction surveys and feedback reporting
· Managing web/email orders and overseeing stock logistics
· Supporting marketing initiatives and general administrative tasks
Requirements:
· A confident communicator with a natural flair for customer service
· Someone tech-savvy and comfortable with phone and online tools (Teams, Zoom)
· Organised, enthusiastic, and keen to get stuck into a wide range of tasks
· A proactive problem-solver who’s eager to learn and grow
· Local to the Sunbury area and happy to work in a small, friendly office
