Animal Feed Mill Administrator Permanent Hours of work: 9am-5.30pm Rate of Pay: £12.21ph Armagh Gentech Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with our client based in Armagh, who are looking for an Animal Feed Mill Administrators. Duties: Dealing with telephone calls, correspondence and inquiries as well as providing information both externally and internally Maintain database as well as support the Mill Team in administration function Build close working relationships with internal and external suppliers and customers to understand their requirements. Identification to problem areas and clearly communication to relevant department Weekly and monthly reconciliations Ensure compliance with all legal requirements (Welfare, H&S, Environmental and HR) and relevant organisation policies and guidelines Essential: Previous experience in data inputting and invoice resolution Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Excel and Sage 50 Strong administration skills along with Basic Mathematics Communication Skills Flexibility, willingness to learn and a Positive can-do attitude Driven, enthusiastic, competent individual with excellent eye for detail Experience in working within a fast pace environment Excellent time management skills What to do next click “APPLY”
