SF Recruitment is urgently partnering with a valued client based in NG5, Nottingham, to recruit a Temporary Administrative Support professional to assist during their peak summer period.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous administrative or customer service experience who is available immediately and happy to commit to a temporary contract.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the coordination of logistics, including import/export documentation

Assist with certification processes and ensure compliance with required standards

Help organise and schedule deliveries

Communicate with suppliers and customers for status updates and information

Update and maintain internal systems and records

Support with inventory checks and periodic stock audits

Requirements:

Previous experience in administration or customer service

Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills

Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Must be immediately available and committed to the full 4-month temporary contract
