Brook Street is thrilled to offer a fantastic full-time role within Aldershot Justice Centre. Join a dynamic and fast-paced office environment, working closely with the Case Progression Officer. This is a unique chance to be a part of the Ministry of Justice and gain invaluable experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As an essential part of the admin team, you’ll handle a variety of tasks that are crucial to the smooth operation of the court. You will:

  • Collaborate and Communicate: Regularly interact with court users, judiciary members, legal professionals, and the public, ensuring effective communication and smooth processes.
  • Data Management: Collate and analyse complex information, manage data input, and frequently use Excel to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
  • Process Applications: Handle the processing of applications and orders, ensuring that all administrative procedures are followed meticulously.
  • Liaison Duties: Act as a bridge between the courtroom, judiciary, and the public, ensuring seamless coordination and support.
  • Correspondence: Prepare and draft letters and emails, handling correspondence with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Routine Preparation: Assist with the preparation of routine documents and maintain orderly administrative processes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
  • IT Savvy: Basic IT skills, particularly in working with software and Office 365 applications.
  • Experience: Previous administrative experience is a plus, showcasing your capability to handle similar tasks effectively.
