Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a leading housing business based in Daneshill. This is a full time, ongoing temporary position.

Responsibilities:
– Speaking to customers via phone and email
– Chasing contractors
– Supporting the customer service team with a variety of duties
– Logging data on to the internal system
– Keeping customers updated

Requirements:
– Excellent telephone manner
– Proven Administration experience
– Available immediately
– IT proficient
– Team Player
– For this position the Client is looking for someone who has a back ground working in a Building or housing association

The Administrator role
– Monday – Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm
– £12.25 per hour
– Fully office based
– Temporary ongoing position
