Our client in Milton Keynes are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their friendly and expanding company.

Your main duties and responsibilities will be:• Manage the main reception area to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the service users.• Understanding the safeguarding policy for the service users, and report any concerns as stipulated. .• Supporting the service users to meet their needs, requests and to act as required in their best interests.• Undertake all administrative duties in a professional accurate manner as directed by the Manager. All work carried out is to be treated in the strictest confidence.• Answer telephone calls in a courteous polite manner, directing as required and taking accurate messages where appropriate and passing them on to the relevant personnel.• Assist with opening, date stamping and redirection of mail and scanning as required.• To receive authorisation from the Manager before passing on instructions to others and welcoming visitors.• Undertake straightforward routine administration, checking work for accuracy, taking and filing copies after presenting it for signature to the Manager.

– Previous administration experience- A polite and friendly telephone manner- Keen attention to detail- Excellent computer skills, including mail merge- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
