Administrator

Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced Product Administrator to join a beauty supplier business based near Basingstoke. This position is a full-time permanent position.

Responsibilities:
– Provide crucial administrative support to the Product Manager
– Complete and manage internal and customer facing documentation with accuracy
– Update and maintain data on customer stock management reports
– Inputting data using SAP system
– Report, monitor and log customer complaints and product reviews
– Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gain artwork approvals
– Document, log and organise product samples for customers
– Support the team with pre production samples and mock ups
– General adhoc administrative duties

Requirments:
– Previous administration experience
– Strong Microsoft Excel skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– High level of accuracy
– Ability to speak German is advantageous
– Own transport due to rural location

The Role:
– Monday – Friday
– 9am – 5.15pm but hours can be flexible
– £26,000 per annum
– 23 days annual leave (rising to 28 days after 5 years of service)
– Up to 6% bonus (eligible after 12 months service)
– Generous pension contribution
