We require an experienced office Administrator. The role is offered temp to perm, estimated start date 10th March 2025
Hours: all office based – Monday to Friday, 4 or 5 hours afternoons
12 noon to 4pm or 12 noon to 5pm
Rate: up to £13.50 ph PAYE
Location: Aylesford, Kent
Objective of the Administrator role
* To ensure all clients, both direct and Broker, receive inspection visits and certification within set timelines as per LOLER and PUWER regulations.
* Creation and Management of the electronic diaries of 2 engineers using route planning software and Google Calendar.
Administrator duties include
* Answering the telephone – enquiries can be received from existing clients and Brokers and new clients/brokers requiring a quote
* Managing enquiries received by email
* Scheduling work planned for engineers using the Google Calendar
* Creating invoice requests internally for finance
* Printing engineers works for the month ahead (Monthly task)
* Typing up reports received from engineers to an acceptable standard to be sent to clients – Word (inserting tables – alpha and numeric data)
* General office duties including, filing, archiving, franking of mail
Administrator skills required
* Keen eye for detail
* Proficient in Microsoft packages in particular Word and Outlook
* Excellent typing speed preferable
* Good telephone manner
* Ability to multitask
* Ability to juggle multiple priorities at one time
* Good memory
