Murray Recruitment are recruiting an Administrator for our client based in East Kilbride.

Role Overview:

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised individual to join a busy team, providing essential administrative support across day-to-day operations. Initially offered as a contract position, this role has the potential to lead to a permanent opportunity for the right candidate, based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming calls and directing queries appropriately.
  • Managing emails and correspondence efficiently.
  • Filing, photocopying, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Inputting and updating data on internal systems.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage time effectively.
  • Supporting the team with ad hoc administrative duties as required.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is essential.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage time effectively.
  • A flexible and team-focused approach.

  • Full-time hours: Monday to Friday: 8am – 4:30pm or 8:30am – 5pm.
  • 28 days holiday per annum (pro rata, including public holidays).
