12.60 per hour + Holiday Pay

REED Business Support are pleased to be working with one of the largest international shipping services, who are looking to recruit an administrator on a fixed term contract to assist with day-to-day administrative tasks. Working on a full-time basis, you will be responsible for all things administration and assisting with driver management and report analysis.

Details:

– 30 hrs per week
– 14:00 – 20:00 // Monday to Friday
– Fully Office Based

Key responsibilities:

– Handle all of customer service: Email, Phone, face-to-face
– Handle all aspects of administration
– Driver Debriefing
– Manage internal database and update where necessary
– Data entry

What we’re looking for:

– Previous experience in an administrative role
– Good level of admin skill
– Solid IT skills particularly MS Office
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
