Administrator Inverness
26,567 per annum | Full-time | Temporary (Ongoing)

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a third-party client for an Administrator to join a busy office environment in Inverness. This is a fully office-based role with an immediate start available, offering stable, ongoing temporary work.

Working hours:

– Monday to Thursday: 8:00am 4:00pm
– Friday: 8:00am 4:00pm
– 1-hour lunch break included

Main Responsibilities:

– Provide administrative support including answering phone and email enquiries, filing, data entry, and ensuring the secure storage and maintenance of data.
– Manage the phoneline.
– Maintain and update records on internal systems.

– Provide cover for the canteen assistant and mail administrator when required.

– Canteen duties include processing orders, bagging items, and preparing them for delivery.

– Handle confidential information in line with policies and procedures.
– Carry out other tasks as directed by the Office Manager, appropriate to the role.

Requirements:

– Strong administrative and communication skills.
– Ability to work as part of a multi-functional team.
– Willingness to provide cover for other roles when needed.
– An enhanced disclosure is required for this role. If successful, this must be obtained at a cost of 25.
