About the role

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Administrator to support and assist the Apprenticeships team with the delivery of our Apprenticeship programmes, on-boarding, recruitment and enrolment of Apprentices and general day-to-day administration support. The post holder will play a key role supporting the growth and prosperity of the department, working closely with a range of stakeholders including the core team, Associate Lecturers, students, and retail partners.

About you:

  • The successful candidate will have some general office administration experience and excellent IT stills including MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • We are looking for a committed team player with great communication skills and a flexible ‘can do’ work ethic.
  • This role will suit someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who is not afraid to try new things and learn from experience.
  • Ideally you will be a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail and accuracy and the ability to process information quickly, accurately, and effectively.
  • Knowledge of the fashion / retail sector and a keen interest in learning and development would be beneficial for the role.

Salary:

From £23,400 to £26,000 per annum, subject to qualifications and experience
