First Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a growing team for an ongoing week-to-week basis. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact to the HR Manager, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Keeping information up to date on relevant databases

* Preparing documentation

* Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes

* Helping to maintain training records and booking external training as required as well as ensuring that staff complete e-learning modules and Toolbox Talks

* Assisting with coordinating inductions, training and safety critical medicals

* Printing and scanning documentation as required from teams across the Company

Requirements:

* Excellent communication skills

* Strong organisational abilities

Location: Hailsham

Hours:

* (Monday to Friday) 40 hours a week
