£22,687 – £23,555 + excellent benefits.

Due to further, strategic expansion, an opportunity has now arisen for Production Planning Administrator to join them at their manufacturing facility in Lincolnshire, on a permanent basis. Does this sound like the type of company that can offer you the exciting next step of your career?
Key responsibilities in your new role as Production Planning Administrator are as follows:
* Launching paperwork to accompany orders being processed through shop floor.
* Make amendments on manufacturing orders waiting to start and already started.
* Liaising with other departments for guidance and instructions on making unique amendments.
* Ensuring the latest information is updated on the system and is reflected on paperwork when required.
* Checking completed paperwork, to ensure all information is present and correct prior to being sent for archive scanning.
* Supporting the Planners with the execution of plans.
* Working with daily reports to ensure data on the system is correct and accurate.
* Actioning drawing and routing amendments, as instructed by the Drawing Office and ensuring the latest information is updated on the system and is reflected on paperwork.
* Carrying out quantity deviations on started orders when an order has made more of less than originally planned.
* Carrying out investigations into transaction anomalies and correcting, as required.
* Assisting with the annual stock take and supporting in the production store area, when required, with investigating stock issues and correcting systems accordingly.
My client is keen to speak to people who have worked within a similar Administrator position. Although not essential; a background of working within a fast-moving manufacturing environment would be a distinct advantage. Regardless of previous expertise, you will be a great team player, diligent and target orientated.

The working hours are as follows:
* Monday – Thursday 7:30am – 4pm.
* Friday 7:30am – 12.30pm.
