The client

Working for a global business, you will provide administrative support to their existing customer base.
This is a great role for an experienced Administrator to join them initially on a temporary basis but likely to convert to permanent for the right candidate.

The role

  • Processing spare part orders for existing customer
  • Raising quotes for both new and existing customers
  • Providing administrative support for other departments
  • Organising parts for different jobs
  • Process and track customer orders to ensure on time delivery
  • Ensuring all goods in and out are updated on the system
  • Liaising with national and international suppliers
  • General administration
  • Handling inbound calls and emails

The candidate

  • Previous experience in an administration/ customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to multitask
  • Great attention to detail
  • Happy to work independently but also within a team
  • Available to start ASAP
