Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Administrator to join a leading drinks company based in Southampton. This is a full time, temp to perm opportunity.
Responsibilities:
– Speaking to customers via phone and email
– Filing and record keeping of documentation
– Supporting the team with a variety of duties
– Logging data on to the internal system
– Keeping customers updated when and as required
Requirements:
– Excellent telephone manner
– Proven Administration experience
– Available immediately
– IT proficient
– Team Player
The Administrator role
– Monday – Friday 8.00am – 4.00pm
– £12.00 per hour
– Fully office based with the option to work from home a few days
– Temporary ongoing position
