Job Title: Project Administrator

Location: Loughborough

Duration: Full time | permanent | office based

Salary: depending on experience

Job Purpose:

Our Loughborough based clients are looking for an organised project administrator to join their busy team to provide administration support to the project team and across the business.

This will be a varied role within a busy fast paced environment so needs someone that is reactive, flexible, organised with good admin/IT skills and is highly organised. Not afraid to get stuck in and support the wider team during busy periods.

This is a fantastic opportunity with a forward thinking consistently growing business. While for the foreseeable future the need is for an administrator there will be future opportunities to learn and progress into a future project coordinator/ project management role for the right person.

Key Responsibilities:

* General administration and tasks for the projects team including raising purchase orders, logistics, accommodation and travel arrangements, ordering goods etc

* Providing diary management support for the director

* Communicating verbally/email with internal teams, clients, sites, suppliers on projects

* Produce and complete required documents for submission to organisers for approval.

* Organising deliveries for site, liaising with internal teams

* Keeping project information up to date

* Working on the internal CRM system updating client and project details

Key Skills and Experience:

* Good administration experience

* Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and a quick learner with internal software/ CRM systems etc

* Excellent communication and organisation skills

* Team player and a willingness to go over and above their duties as part of the wider team

* Organised, thorough and a good eye for detail

* Stays aware of colleagues workloads/projects etc in order to make a positive difference in supporting the team

* A fun, positive and enthusiastic approach to their role
