Think FE is urgently seeking an experienced Animal Management Lecturer to join a further education college in Merseyside on a temporary contract until Christmas.

The Role:

Deliver engaging and practical sessions with Level 1 and 2 students, focusing on essential animal care and management skills.
Support and motivate learners to achieve their academic and vocational goals, adapting teaching approaches to individual needs.
Develop lesson plans and resources, maintaining a well-structured curriculum that meets college and industry standards.
Conduct assessments, provide feedback, and monitor student progress to support their academic journey.
Ensure compliance with college policies, safeguarding procedures, and health & safety standards within practical learning environments. This role is 24 hours per week over 5 days and is ideal for candidates with teaching experience. However, industry professionals with strong practical knowledge and confidence in leading hands-on sessions are welcome to apply.
