Description
MTrec are currently recruiting for assembly operatives based in Evenwood. You would be working for a growing manufacturing company and we are looking for candidates who have the ability to work in a fact paced environment on a permanent back shift.
The Role
- Daily meetings with the Team Leader or Supervisor to discuss workload
- To help prioritise workloads within the Department / designated Production Line
- Vast amounts of assembly work on a range of components
- Heavy lifting and manual handling when required
- Using various hands tools including drills, screw drivers, rivet guns and spanners
- Quality inspection of all completed work
- To carry out a variety of different duties if required, as set by the Team Leader
- To maintain the companys health & safety standards at all times, including general housekeeping duties such as keeping your workstation tidy
The Candidate
- A positive attitude and are willing to learn more skills on the job.
- Confidence on the job and are happy to take on more responsibility if necessary
- Experience working in a fast-paced assembly or production environment
- Experience using hand tools
The Hours
- Monday to Friday 8:00pm to 16:30pm with over time when required
