Assembly Operative Salary: £13.00 per hourLocation: High Wycombe Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 15:00 (40 hours per week)Start Date: ASAPType: Permanent, Full-TimeWe’re hiring for a detail-focused Assembly Operative to join a specialist manufacturing business in High Wycombe. You’ll be part of a small, dedicated production team working on the assembly and packaging of high-precision lab consumables used in scientific research and testing.Assembly Operative Benefits:

Assembly Operative Responsibilities:
- Assembly and gluing of intricate plastic laboratory products
- Operating plastic injection moulding machines
- Accurately completing documentation for traceability and compliance
- Following internal quality procedures and production protocols
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Supporting general production, packing, and warehouse duties
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in hands-on assembly work (essential)
- Very high attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable following work instructions and shifting between tasks
- Good communication and computer literacy
- Physically fit and reliable
- Team player with a flexible attitude
