Pertemps Daventry is currently recruiting for a Assistance Coordinator for one our well established companies.

Do you have a medical background?

This position would suit a Graduate who is looking to start a career in a global business sector, or a candidate that has some medical knowledge with proven experience in Travel Assistance and Healthcare.

The Assistance Coordinator will be working alongside the Medical Team.

Job Responsabilitites:

  • Provide Assistance and support Clients mainly through via telephone and email.
  • Calling patients overseas.
  • Complex Flight and repatriation planning.
  • Liasing with Partners and Agents around the world.
  • Exceptional Planning Experience.

Experience:

  • Have a keen interest in Travel, or has been travelling.
  • Global Affairs -to be committed to researching and staying updated on emerging international travel requirements and restrictions.
  • Excellent written and Verbal Communications
  • Expectational attention to detail, with strong organisational skills.
  • Strong IT Skills, using Office Suite 365 Applications.
  • Strong experience in Customer service and client support role.
  • Extensive global travel experience
  • Good understanding of global rules, visas and immigration.
  • Language skills.
  • Must have a Driving Licence.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday – Office hours but occasional requirement to assist with cover outside these times to help support our clients around the world.
