About the Role of Assistant General Manager
We are currently looking for an Assistant General Manager to join our team, experience is required.
Assistant General Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for running shifts once settled in
- Assist the General Manager with staff training
- Good communication skills with front of house members and the kitchen team
- Maintaining the high standards throughout the building
- The role will include organisation of larger table parties in the restaurants
- Must be able to work well within a team
- Role may include helping restaurant downstairs and events upstairs
- Flexible rota however some weekend work required
- Forward thinking & confident in what you do
- Passionate about training, mentoring & growing the team
