What you will do:

  • Lead from the front
  • Working closely with the GM
  • Let your infectious personality motivate the team around you
  • Commercial awareness
  • Conduct FOH & BOH to create a seamless experience for guests
  • Look after up to 8 team members
  • Care & attention for all that you prepare for the guests
  • High standards and knowledge of H&S
  • Simply care about what you do and have a good time doing it
